NSAHO Annual General Meeting and November Conferences Postponed
Protecting the health and safety of Nova Scotians is the number one priority of NSAHO member organizations; and, at this current time, our members must focus their efforts and resources on responding to the second wave of the H1N1 pandemic. NSAHO is committed to supporting our members as they respond to this issue. We recognize that this is not the appropriate time to hold provincial events that would take health system employees away from their work environments – the place where they are needed the most right now.
To this end, the Association has decided to postpone the annual general meeting scheduled for November 23 until the New Year. Similarly, NSAHO, CCHSE (Bluenose Chapter) and the Dalhousie School of Health Services Administration have agreed to postpone the Annual Health Leadership Conference. Additionally, the Governance Module 6 scheduled for November 12 and 13 has been postponed.
Rescheduled dates will be announced once more information is available.
Thank you for your understanding.
